Copyright Information
All written content on Hint of Jam is owned by Jamae Ann B. Sabangan and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are allowed to share content through quoting Hint of Jam as long as the quote does not exceed fifty words in length and is properly credited to Hint of Jam. Written permission must be sought from the owner if using more than fifty words of any given Hint of Jam written product. Direct adherence to these guidelines is expected.
Photographs on the Site were either taken by Jamae Ann B. Sabangan or is being used under the Creative Commons license. Any use of copyrighted photos is unintentional. If you believe a mistake has occurred and you own the copyright to any of the photos used on this Site, please contact us and we will remove the photo immediately.
The owner and guest writers are not liable for misuse or misinterpretation of any content produced, promoted, or published on the Site.

Hint of Jam has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for content of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Hint of Jam. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, e-mail address, phone number, and billing address.
Return Policy
Books: Books or other products purchased from Hint of Jam are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within seven days of the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact Jamae@HintofJam.com.
Classes: Any classes conducted by Jamae Ann B. Sabangan is eligible for a full refund up to one week after payment is made. After one week, 50% refund can be granted up to one week prior to the start of the class, session, workshop, or seminar. Once the class, session, workshop, or seminar begins, all payments are non-refundable. A refund request e-mail must be sent to Jamae@HintofJam.com within these specified timeframes to be eligible. Transfers to different/future classes or seminars are may be subject to a transfer fee.
Coaching: All monthly coaching sessions are eligible for a full refund within two business days after the first coaching session. Any payment made for additional coaching sessions following the first will not be eligible for refund.
Third Parties: Purchases from third parties (e.g. Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.) have different policies. Hint of Jam’s return policy does not apply to and does not control activity from third parties. Please consult the respective third party for detailed information on their policies.
Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions ( “Promotions”) made available through Hint of Jam may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. Please review applicable rules in addition to our Privacy Policy if you decide to participate in any Promotions.
Limitations
In no event shall Hint of Jam or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or business interruption,) or any notification of such damages in oral or written form that arises from the use or inability to use the materials on the Site.
